MEMBERS REGISTRATION FORM

OACAC member rate - $100.00 per fair 

(FYI: Non-member rate - $150.00 per fair! Enjoy your membership benefit!)

A late registration fee of $25.00 will be applied fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the fair. The cost for registrations will increase with a late fee of $25.00 per fair.  Please see the oacac website for the college fair refund policy.
