Annual Conference is the signature event for the association and includes OACAC’s diversity workshop, Guiding the Way to Inclusion (GWI).  As always, our objective is that participants will come away highly knowledgeable on the very latest trends in education and full of innovative ideas that they can take back to their organizations. For Stronger Together 2021 Annual Conference and GWI we anticipate 20+ speakers in an online environment optimized for attendees and speakers to exchange experiences and network.

Celebrated as “… a walking history lesson in heels” by Cleveland Magazine. Dr. Lady J will be sharing their experiences as an openly queer person moving through higher education and of course slaying the stage!

Elec Simon and Friends

Elec spent over a decade with STOMP. Touring across the country, experiencing life as a performer in one of the world’s best-received shows. Elec will bring his Friends to the stage to perform for our conference attendees!

*If you paid for Annual Conference 2020, please register and choose to be invoiced. You and/or the institutional representative for your organization will be contacted regarding OACAC applying previous payments to the 2021 virtual annual conference. One (1) 2020 PAID full conference registration will have three (3) 2021 virtual conference credits.  One (1) 2020 PAID Monday only registration will have one (1) 2021 virtual conference credits. Attendees must register by March 8 to be awarded credits from 2020. No refunds will be issued for any paid 2020 conference fees.


  • 1 2020 registration = (3) 2021 registrations
  • 1 2020 Monday ONLY registration = (1) 2021 registration

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be reviewed upon request up to two weeks (14 calendar days) before the day of the event. Requests must be sent via email to execadmin@oacac.org. Please include an explanation for your request, the payee and USPS address. You may be refunded any monies less any applicable credit-card processing fees if the original payment was by credit card. Refunds may be issued by OACAC check. Refund checks will be issued no sooner than 30 days after the event. If an OACAC event is canceled by circumstances beyond the control of OACAC - such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, inclement weather, sudden outage of electricity or water at the venue, or curtailment of transportation facilities - to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to allow an OACAC sponsored event to occur, the registrant agrees that they will not hold OACAC liable for the cancellation and/or disruption of the program and thereby request a return of any paid fees.
